It's Coming Home Pledge — Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is run by CRE Communications Limited ("CRE"), registered in England and Wales.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This promotion is open to businesses that are not existing customers of CRE Communications Limited and who sign a new agreement for a phone system ("Qualifying Service") offered by CRE Communications Limited.
2.2 To qualify, the service agreement must be signed on or before the date England play their FIFA World Cup 2026 quarter final match, anticipated to fall between Friday 10th July and Saturday 11th July 2026 ("the Deadline").
2.3 The reward is available once per business, regardless of the number of phone system products or lines included within the qualifying agreement.
2.4 This promotion is not available to existing customers of CRE Communications Limited. Existing customers wishing to participate should refer to the It's Coming Home Pledge — Existing Customer promotion at cregroup.co.uk/its-coming-home-pledge.
3. England's Progression Requirement
3.1 This promotion is contingent on England qualifying for and participating in the FIFA World Cup 2026 quarter final. If England do not reach the quarter final, no reward will be available under this promotion and no alternative will be offered.
3.2 Rewards will be applied progressively based on England's performance as follows:
England win the quarter final → 1 month's free service credited to the account
England win the semi final → 2 months' free service credited to the account (total)
England win the FIFA World Cup Final → 3 months' free service (one full quarter) credited to the account (total)
3.3 Rewards are cumulative totals, not additive. The maximum reward available under this promotion is 3 months' free service.
3.4 Where a match is postponed, the Deadline will be extended to the date on which England's quarter final match is ultimately played.
4. How the Reward Works
4.1 The reward will be applied as a bill credit to the customer's account. It will not be paid as cash and has no cash equivalent value.
4.2 Credits will be applied within 30 days of the relevant match result being confirmed.
4.3 The free period applies as a credit against the customer's account and does not extend the minimum term of the service agreement.
4.4 For the avoidance of doubt, the promotional credit applies from the point the account is live and billing has commenced. Customers must be in good standing at the time any credit is applied — meaning no overdue invoices or unresolved payment disputes.
4.5 Credits apply to the phone system service agreement entered into under this promotion.
5. General
5.1 CRE Communications Limited reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time, provided that any rewards already earned by qualifying customers will be honoured.
5.2 This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotional pricing unless expressly agreed in writing by CRE Communications Limited.
5.3 CRE Communications Limited's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final.
5.4 This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
