Referral Programme - Terms & Conditions
1. Elligibility
The CRE Group Referral Programme ("Programme") is open to all current, active customers of CRE Group ("Referrer") who are not in breach of their service agreement. Employees, directors, and contractors of CRE Group are not eligible to participate. The Programme is available in the United Kingdom only.
2. Qualifying Referrals
A qualifying referral must meet all of the following criteria:
- The referred business must be new to CRE Group — referrals of existing customers, previous customers, or associated/related companies are not eligible.
- The referred business must operate in the estate agency or property sector.
- The referral must be submitted via the official CRE Group referral form. Verbal or informal referrals will not be accepted.
- The referred business must not already be in active discussion with CRE Group at the time of submission.
3. Reward Structure
Upon a referral successfully signing a service agreement with CRE Group and completing their first paid billing cycle, the Referrer will receive a monthly credit equal to the referred businesses' CRE invoice amount for up to three (3) consecutive billing months. Credits run concurrently with the referred customer's first three months of billing. The credit is applied against the Referrer's account and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to a third party's account.
4. Credit Application
There is no limit on the number of referrals a customer may submit. Each successful referral generates a separate credit entitlement. Where multiple credit periods run concurrently, all applicable credits will be applied to the same monthly invoice, up to a maximum credit equal to 100% of the Referrer's monthly bill. CRE Group is not liable to issue cash payments or carry credits forward where the combined credit value exceeds the invoice value in any given month.
5. Multiple Referrals
Bill credits will be applied automatically to the Referrer's next invoice following each eligible billing cycle of the referred customer. CRE Group will notify the Referrer by email when each credit has been applied. Credits cannot be rolled forward if a Referrer's account is suspended or terminated during the reward period.
6. Reward Forfeiture
CRE Group reserves the right to withhold or reclaim credits if:
- The referred customer cancels their contract within the three-month reward period.
- The Referrer's account is terminated, suspended, or in material breach of their service agreement.
- There is evidence of fraudulent, misleading, or abusive use of the Programme.
- The referral is found to be ineligible under Clause 2 at any point.
7. Data & Privacy
By submitting a referral, the Referrer confirms that the referred business contact has given their express consent to be contacted by CRE Group. CRE Group will process all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR. Referral data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Programme Changes & Termination
CRE Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time with reasonable notice. Referrals submitted prior to termination that have already resulted in a signed contract will be honoured. Changes to the Programme will be communicated by email to active participants.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from participation in the Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
