Better together: Broadband & VoIP, from one provider

Get your broadband and phone system from the same place, and you get one engineer visit, one point of contact, and a connection that's already optimised for the calls running over it.

One Installation, Not Two

Broadband and VoIP set up together, in a single visit.

Built For Each Other

Your connection is configured with your call volumes in mind, not sized as an afterthought.

One Account Manager For Both

No separating "the broadband people" from "the phone people" when something needs sorting.

CRE desk phone and broadband router side by side

The UK's first completely green telecoms company.

We're not going to save the world. But we're trying to run our business in a way that's better for the planet, without compromising on service.

A Tree Planted For Every Sold System

Every phone system we install funds a tree being planted. It's a small gesture, but thousands of systems means thousands of trees - and that adds up.

Old Hardware Refurbished & Donated

When you upgrade, your old handsets don't go to landfill. We refurbish them and donate them to charities or businesses that can't afford new equipment.

Green Energy Options Provided

Our energy partnerships focus on renewable sources with certified Guarantee of Origin. Zero emissions, lower bills, and a smaller carbon footprint for your agency.

Our Value

Whole-of-market.
The right fit, not just our fit.

We're the only telecoms provider in the UK not tied to one system or one manufacturer.

CRE Group whole-of-market telecoms for estate agents

Consultation, Not Sales

We'll recommend whatever system fits, not whichever one we're tied to.

Your Contract's With Us, Not The Hardware

If a better system launches mid-contract, we switch you to it.

One Relationship, Whole Market

No chasing different vendors every time something goes wrong.

Whole of market phone systems - Webex, Yealink, 8x8, CallSwitch

We can buy you out of your existing agreement.

Because we're whole-of-market, our suppliers want more customers on their platforms - and they fund us to buy people out of existing contracts to make that happen. That cost never gets passed on to you.

Two people shaking hands to agree a contract buyout

Up To 2 Years Covered

We can cover the remaining cost of your current contract, so a bad deal doesn't have to run its course.

Zero Cost To You

The buyout is funded through our supplier relationships, not added to your new contract.

Switch Now, Not At Renewal

No need to wait out another year (or two) on a system that isn't working for you.

The Process

From first call to go-live, here's exactly how it works.

Discovery

A quick, no-pressure call to understand your agency. We find out what's working, what's not, and what actually matters to you.

Consultation

One of our specialists talks you through the right fit for your agency - a conversation, not a generic sales pitch.

Decision

You choose your system and your term - 3, 5 or 7 years - with everything costed and explained before you sign anything.

Build and Configuration

Your new connection is ordered and configured in the background, including failover if you've added it, all tested before your line changes.

Testing & Training

We test your connection thoroughly before cutover, then talk you through your new setup - including failover - so there's nothing to figure out on your own.

Porting & Go Live

Your new connection goes live in a planned cutover, with your existing line kept active until the new one's tested and ready - so you're never left without service.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We've got you covered. Here are some quick answers to help you get the most out of CRE.

What's the difference between SoGEA and full-fibre broadband?

SoGEA is a broadband-only connection that replaces the old copper line, without needing a separate phone line - it's the standard replacement ahead of the 2027 switch-off. Full-fibre (FTTP) uses fibre optic cable all the way to your building and offers the fastest possible speeds, where it's available.

What happens if my broadband goes down?

With 4G/5G failover in place, your connection switches to mobile data automatically the moment the line drops, so the office stays online. Our monitoring usually flags the fault before you do, and most issues are diagnosed and fixed remotely rather than waiting on an engineer.

Can you actually get me a better deal than my current supplier?

Usually, yes - because we compare every major supplier at your exact address rather than selling one network. But we'll tell you honestly if your current deal is already the best available. Consultation first, sale second.

How long does installation take?

SoGEA and full-fibre are typically live within two to three weeks of ordering. Leased lines involve a dedicated install and take longer - usually 30 to 90 working days depending on the site. Whichever it is, we keep your existing connection running until the new one is tested and live.

Will I be affected by the 2027 PSTN switch-off?

If your broadband still runs over a traditional copper phone line (ADSL or FTTC), yes - those services are being withdrawn. SoGEA and full-fibre are the replacements, and moving early means you choose the timing rather than being forced into it.

What is a leased line, and does my agency need one?

A leased line is a dedicated connection just for your business, with guaranteed symmetrical speeds and a service-level agreement on fixes. It's worth it for busier multi-branch agencies or offices running lots of devices, calls and cloud systems at once. For a single branch, full-fibre is usually more than enough - and we'll say so.

Will my broadband price increase after the first year?

No. The price you agree is fixed for the whole term - no inflation-linked increases, no April price hikes. What you sign is what you pay.
