Propertymark One… To Remember

Propertymark One… To Remember

On Friday 12 June, more than 2,000 people filled ExCeL London for Propertymark One 2026. Calvin, Ryan, Rory and Freddie were among them, there for a former deputy prime minister, Lord Sugar's right-hand woman and a day of genuinely good conversations with agents.

Introduction

2,000 People, One Hall

Propertymark One is one of the biggest industry conferences around.

It is Propertymark's flagship conference, and this year it moved into ExCeL London with a sold-out exhibition floor, more than 80 suppliers and over 2,000 people from right across the sector. Agents, lettings teams, compliance leads, trainers, suppliers - all in one hall, for one day.

Calvin, Ryan, Rory and Freddie made the trip across London for it.

The Speakers

From Westminster To The Boardroom

Propertymark did not hold back on the line-up.

Angela Rayner, the former deputy prime minister and housing secretary, took to the stage for a live Q&A on housing policy and reform. Whatever your politics, it is not every day an industry gets to put its questions directly to someone who sat at the centre of the decisions it has spent the last couple of years adapting to - and the room was full for it.

Baroness Karren Brady, best known to most of the country from The Apprentice and to football fans from West Ham, spoke on leadership and business growth. For a hall full of people running agencies, branches and teams, it was a session that landed close to home.

They were joined by Sir Mel Stride on the economic outlook and property taxation, political commentator Daisy McAndrew, and technology presenter Lara Lewington on the growing role of AI in business - a subject agents are no longer treating as something for later.

2,000 people, one hall, and every one of them with a phone that rang at least once during the keynote.

The Floor

Where The Real Conversations Happen

The stage gets the headlines. The floor is where the work gets done.

We spent the day doing what we enjoy most at these events: talking to agents about how their business actually runs. Not a pitch across a table - the proper conversations, about busy Saturdays, missed calls on viewing days, and how much time a negotiator spends typing up a call that has already happened.

Those conversations are the reason we only work with estate agents. Every agent we met at ExCeL could tell us which CRM they were in all day. Very few could tell us how many calls they had missed last week. That gap is exactly what direct CRM integration and CRE Connect are built to close.

Why Propertymark

Raising The Bar, Together

Propertymark exists to raise standards across the industry - qualifications, conduct, protection for consumers and a voice for agents in Westminster. That is a mission we share from the telecoms side, in an industry better known for seven-year lock-ins and April price rises than for raising the bar.

We are proud to be a Propertymark Industry Supplier, with a member offer to match.

Thank You

Until Next Time

A huge thank you to the whole Propertymark team for a brilliantly run day, to every speaker who gave the hall something to talk about, and to every agent who stopped for a chat. It was a pleasure, and plenty of those conversations are still going.

If we did not get to you on the day, we would still like to. Book a telecoms review, or follow us on LinkedIn and Instagram to see where we are heading next.
